What?
Smulders Projects is an international steel construction company specialising in the development, delivery and installation of offshore wind turbine elements. To mark the retirement of their CEO, they wanted to not only celebrate this important milestone but also to say an extra thank you to its employees with this unique experience!
How?
Act Events organized a two-day event for more than 1,700 attendees.
The VIP evening kicked off in style with a glass of bubbles and live piano music, followed by several speeches. A caricaturist added some humor, while the video booth captured personal messages. The culinary buffet delighted guests, and the evening concluded with an unforgettable atmosphere, thanks to a live band.
During the family day, the site was transformed into a discovery route with various stops. This allowed visitors to interactively learn more about the company’s operations and products. The icing on the cake? A skywatch that took guests 50 meters high for a panoramic view of the entire site.
Results?
The event left a lasting impression on visitors big and small. The VIP evening was a success, filled with elegance and atmosphere. The well-attended family day offered infotainment at the next level.
